I had a wonderful experience at Cypress Crossroads Dental Office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The office was clean, organized, and had a very comfortable atmosphere. I especially want to recognize Jasmine, the Office Manager. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Her professionalism and genuine care for patients really stood out. It’s refreshing to visit a dental office where the staff actually makes you feel valued and taken care of. I had such a surprisingly amazing experience at this office. I never like coming to the dentist but Dr Kopa was so nice. The staff was very friendly especially Jasmine, Brittany, and Lexi. It didn’t take long at all and I am already looking forward to coming back. Thank yall so much for being so nice to me.

Absolutely love this place! Dr. Kopa is so sweet and is all about educating his patients from start to finish. The front desk girls are all so knowledgeable about insurance and will work with you to ensure you get the best financial breakdown possible and they offer payment plans so you can get your treatments done same day. 10/10 recommend
