Starting to get frustrated with trying to find out I formation. I leave a message to ask if something had been submitted to insurance, after being seeing on Tuesday and on Friday I do not have an answer. Either the message was not received or it feels like it was ignored and then having to wait over the weekend to call again to find out.
I have been calling that number today and leaving messages just to never be called back. Then I get the answering service and they can’t do anything or get me to someone higher.
I was able to finally get ahold of the office manager and get my questions answered. Thank you.
